Broker Authority- Registration packages from the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration are designed for companies that facilitate the transportation of loads between shippers and other for-hire motor carriers. The fee includes the DOT Number, MC number and BOC3 Filling, UCR and BOC3 filling.
Complete Authority Package -The Fee includes The MC, DOT UCR, BOC3 numbers, IRP , IFTA set up and state permits for KY, NY and CT.
Authority Reapplication after dismissal -Once an application has been dismissed, per Federal regulations, the FMCSA cannot process it. This means, beginning August 1, 2023, if the application is dismissed, the applicant will need to submit a new application and pay the appropriate fee
