All drivers holding a commercial driver’s license who operate a motor vehicle with a GVWR (Gross Vehicle Weight Rating) of 26,001 pounds or more, or drive a vehicle designed for the transportation of 16 or more passengers (including the driver), or any size of vehicle used to transport materials requiring a hazardous placard, must partake in an authorized DOT drug and alcohol testing program. $200 / year (random testing included)
